These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and baji55 (hereinafter referred to as "baji55", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the baji55 website located at https://baji55.win, including all associated gaming services, sportsbook facilities, account management tools, and customer support channels.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the baji55 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account on baji55, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details throughout the lifespan of your account.

• Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify baji55 support immediately at [email protected].
• baji55 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documents before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. baji55 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable notice.

All financial transactions on baji55 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baji55 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. baji55 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which baji55 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your baji55 account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• baji55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once approved and entered into the processing queue.
• baji55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, reversed transactions, or unauthorised payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

baji55 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. The availability, value, and duration of any promotion are subject to change without prior notice.

All bonuses issued by baji55 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms. General wagering conditions that apply unless a promotion states otherwise include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are treated separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed and the wagering requirement fulfilled within the stated validity period. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on the baji55 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, the sports sportsbook (including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), or crash games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All confirmed bets are final.
• baji55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, baji55's decision — having reviewed available evidence — is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• Game outcomes on baji55's casino and slot titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. baji55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baji55 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any baji55 content without the express prior written consent of baji55.

Unauthorised use of baji55's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

baji55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
